Fourteen-year-old Marcus Vega is six feet tall, 180 pounds, and the owner of a premature mustache.
Most people see him as "Big Bad Marcus Vega". "Get out of the way!" They'd scream in the halls. Okay, maybe not out loud, but probably in their heads. After a bullying incident lands Marus into suspension, Marcus's mom declares their family needs a reset. Soon, the Vega's are on a plane to Puerto Rico. Through meeting new family and numerous adventures, Marcus realizes that sometimes the thing you're searching for isn't always what you need.
